Our regional cooperation is led by joint cooperation and mutual understanding in order to promote Adult Education and Life Long Learning in Caucasus and Turkey.
Adult Education has increasingly become an effective instrument for the establishment and expansion of democratic structures. It also plays an important role in engaging adults and youth fully in social, cultural and political life, at all levels from the local to the international. Particular attention is paid to the aims of combating poverty, promoting gender equality, and strengthening self-help. In respect of employment and occupational activities, the aim is raising the level of income and living standards among disadvantaged population groups, involving people in the work process, and strengthening the organizational capacity of cooperatives.
