The project ''Lost History – Remembering Repressed Women'' was implemented by Soviet Research Past Laboratory with financial support of DVV International Georgia.

The project included recording oral stories of the repressed women and their family members as well as the descendants. Based on these oral stories s director Elene Asatiani made a documentary film ''Stories Told Live – Memory of Repressed Women''.

A book ''Lost History – Memory of Repressed Women'' was published based on oral stories, various materials in archival or private family possession.

An exhibition about the repressed women was held, initially in Tbilisi but later in Gori, Kutaisi, Telavi, Sighnaghi and Anaga as well.
